Dear Sir , Madam
I am a student of Hotel Management , pursuing it from a institute called ABHI INSTITUTE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT located at Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar New-Delhi.At the time of Admission the President of this INSTITUTE ms CHANDANA KHAN told us that this Institute is Affiliated to BHARATHIAR UNIVERSITY but after some months when we checked the website of Bharathiar university www.b-u.ac.in , we were shocked to see that bharathiar university did not have any college in delhi with the name of ” ABHI INSTITUTE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT”
This college did not have any certificate of affiliation from Bharathiar university & this college is completely FAKE. At the time of Admission ms. CHANDANA KHAN ,promised us that they will provide us practical classes three days a week , but there is no such provision ,they dont have enough faculty ,they only have 2 teachers . They did not even have a proper library & production lab.They charged us heavy FEE wheras this college is Fake , they attract students with their website www.abhiinstitute.com , according to their website they have 6 faculty but in reality they have only 2 teachers, in their website one can see cocktail glasses or vegetables but everything is just to making people fool.
Now when me & my classmate demanding our Fee back , they started harassing us & they said we will not refund your fee. When we told them that we will file complaint against “ABHI INSTITUTE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT” in consumer court , than ms. Chandana Khan said ‘ jao jo marji kar lo hum fee refund nahi karenge”
so plz anybody tell me how to take action against this Fraud “ABHI INSTITUTE OF HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT”
