I’ve booked ticket using abhi bus for travelling in a Volvo bus. Instead they alloted me a normal bus. When I raised complaint they assured me a refund. It is not being provided yet. And when I tried to contact their customer care they aren’t taking my call. Even if they take there is silence on the other part. I’m attaching details of email conversation between me and the company. Kindly resolve my isse.
