I have ordered for few products including a t – shirts through abof app www.abof.com with order no. Ab5320889.
I have been waiting for my shipment for so long now. Every day i talk to the customer service desk they give me some stupid answer. I have already paid for that shipment, i think that’s the biggest mistake i did.
One of the third class service in terms of delivery. I had booked the product on 16th nov and have not received yet. This customer support did not help me with this too. I got a message on 22nd nov that product got delivered but was not. Seriously pissed with this kind of a service that too with a regular customer.
I tried contacting them through chat/call more than 10 times and in email 2 times. I have also called them once.
In all the above interactions i received only a reply saying that the issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. But never the refund is made. Now customer care number and app is not working, even i mailed also. I paid 2600 rs. I want my money back.
