I placed an order for around rs. 4300 on 26/08/2019. It got delivered on 2/09/2019. Both of the articles looked very old and worn out. One of them even had stains. They were not worth even 200-300rs and were sold for around 1650 and 2650. I tried placing a return request but wasn’t able to due to some glitch in their website. After a number of emails a return request was finally placed. I got a message on 3/09/2019 that they would be picked up that day. But late in the evening i got a message that the request had been cancelled. The same thing happened on 6/09/2019. I tried complaining about them on twitter, through emails, phone calls but to no avail. They have done the same thing to a number of customers. I was shocked to see the number of complaints about them on twitter. They are not refunding people, delivering worn out articles, not letting people return them, etc. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.
