Accenture India — Couldn’t Login to the Accenture portal – “email address cannot be found in our system”

I have created an Account in Accenture portal, But uploaded the old resume. So I have removed my account, as I thought that all my details will remove if I do so. But the details stored in the database and the CID created-C9388798, Now I received an offer from Accenture for an interview with the same email id and Cid, which i have removed.

I need to fill up the EAF Form, But couldn’t do that. Getting an error “Email address cannot be found in our system. If you would like to register as a new user, Please got to Registration page”.

Can you please resolve this issue. Don’t know how can I get my removed account back. Do we have any solution for this? Whom can I contact for this issue? I tried reaching out to helpdesk but still didn’t get any response. I will lose an opportunity if this doesn’t work out.
