Accenture India — Offer Letter does not open on the portal, no response from the team

I have received an offer letter email, however, to even be able to see it, I need to login to the Accenture portal, which upon following instructions just gives me a blank page.

Please find my attached screenshot of the page which I see.

I have reached out every day since 29th July, but there is no response. I have contacted my HR for the same as well, I did not receive any response from his side either.

Kindly help me, I’m afraid the offer letter might get expired on the portal.
