I was interviewed for Senior Analyst- HR Operations vide CID: C4476789 twice on March 17, 2021. I was told by both interviewers that both are HR rounds. I was told that after the 2nd HR round I would get a feedback from the concerned team, but did not get any. After multiple requests on my Accenture login dashboard, I did not get any response but saw an update for document upload on April 13th. After having completed 80% of it, I started encountering some technical glitch. Since, then I have contacted my interviewer but he is unable to track my application saying he doesn’t know who posted the job, that there are 500 members in HR team etc. I also raised three requests directly on the website but did not get any response. As of today, I am not even able to view the document upload page now. All error screenshots have been attached.
Now, with document upload pending, I cannot expect my application to move forward. Please help me to expedite this issue.
