I bought this Notebook from Amazon on 8th Of Feb. Since then this product is giving me hard time. I have raised multiple tickets (3 tickets) with Acer customer Support but the issue is not resolved.
Then finally I escalate the issue to the regional customer support manager (Mahesh.[protected]@acer.com). He created one more repair ticket #4010489I on 22nd June and took my laptop on 23rd June but since then the issue is not resolved. Even today when I had a discussion with Mahesh, he is still unaware of what the issue is.
They are not ready to replace the faulty product as it’s not an exception for them.
They are not able to repair the faulty product.
They are not ready to refund the money.
They are only ready to extend the warranty of the same product by the time they need to fix the laptop. SO this means if it take 1 month to get my laptop back they will extend my warranty by 1 month.
I don’t want any extended warranty but my laptop back in proper running condition or refund my money 67K.
I am loosing my patience now and finally thought to lodge a complaint.
