Bought ACER laptop during this festive sale. Brand new but can NOT CONNECT to WIFI or hold onto WIFI if connected. Repeated requests / complaints elicit standard response – our engineer will visit. A Google search showed this is a common PROBLEM of ACER Laptops. But not sure if this customer service standard is also common for others who bought ACER? Whats your experience?? How could you solve?
