I ordered a recertified laptop thinking it is an original (genuine new) laptop by mistake. After Knowing my mistake, I called acer customer care service multiple times but they said we can’t do anything about it.
So I email their technical team through Gmail multiple(10+) times to tell them my issue. But still, they are not helping me out.
I told them to cancel my order & initiate my refund, Or Replace/ Change my order for a new one. I will be fine to pay extra money which will be needed. But still they are not doing anything. They also told me that they will not take order return if it will be delivered. It was just misuse of policy as I can’t even return that laptop order which I don’t want.
I even asked them to give me solutions to what to do in such a situation or to whom (Higher Authority) should I contact but still they did not help to solve my issue.
After trying everything with acer customer service, I feel like I was cheated. I paid 50000rs by mistake for a used laptop & now even I already informed them they are not helping me.
I want to initiate my refund as fast as possible or at least give me authority to change my order. It was really frustrating for me to know that no one is helping me out from acer.
