Highly disappointed from Acer services/staff.
I would like to inform you that I had an issue with
my Acer i7 Nitro5. It stopped working suddenly on 20th Dec’2020. I purchased this laptop on the 30th Oct’2020
and hardly used it in Nov’20. I started using it for 2 weeks and stopped due to a motherboard issue. I called
customer care and explained the issue, I visited the store (Pari Computers Pune-[protected]) and the engineer
(Mr. Irfan/Swapnil- [protected]) confirmed that there is a motherboard issue. I requested to replace the laptop
and I see the display is also loose but no one is listening now. It’s been 7 days now and there is no resolution yet.
I called many times to connect with Mrs. Surbhi Ranjan who is Acer manager for Maharashtra circle but no response. No one is calling me and only, I am taking the follow up with all but the Service center guy says that Acer will be responsible, Store guy says that talk to service center/customer care, customer care says that talk to service center.
Would request you to please have a look on this issue and provide the justice in this regard.
