I’ve done my bcom computers at… Degree college, acharya nagarjuna university, and by march 2016, i completed my final year. My final year certificate has not been issued to me by the college till now and they are asking to pay the scholarship credited to my account to be paid to them and only then they’d give my certificate. Please do the needful. Till date i’ve been trying to get them back. Who is the right person to address the issue.
