Hello team,
This is regards to two policy that i was forced to buy from hdfc towards my home loan. I have closed the loan and got noc and provided all the necessary doccuments to them more than a month ago, and till now no action has been taken from them. Whenever i call customer care they disconnect the call and whenever i mail them they reply saying we need certificate number loan number despite of attaching all the necessary doccuments in the email. They dont have any respect for customer. Once the product is old out they are least bothered about customers. They don’t even bother to call me.
