The issue that I have experienced was: The internet service was not provided due to relocation of the junction box setup at my residence. The outage started from 05/May/2021 till 04/Jul/2021. For these period the payment was made already and since the service outage was caused due to delay by ACT service provider. I had opened multiple tickets and also sent multiple emails to their customer care and also Nodal Officer. But no proper action is taken yet.
It occurred on: 5/05/2021
Adjust the billing amount with 2 months service outage charge, since they did not provide service.
