I’m using his service since 2 years. The start was good with no complaints. But since 6 months i have many connectivity issues and there no direct customer service until u wait on a hold calls of them for long time. Some time they only call you the next day after the complaint has been raised. Now i decided to change the broadband but i wanted to write up few line about this Act fiber and their service.
1. You have to start working on customer quick service and not on the next day. We are working from home and it needed to be resolved at the earliest.
2. You need to provide the details about how my data exhausted? I was happy with 300 GB you gave earlier and i don’t use all of it. But now your 500GB is been exhausted before end of the month. How can i work with exhausted date? Why do i need to buy extra data by giving more money? This part is so ridiculous.
3. In this competitive broadband services you need to be able to maintain the back end service and issue of your own not when i raise a complaint. It is your job of course !!
However i decided to change the service but want you to know issues you have at your end.
