We disconnected ACT fiber net in the month of June 2021, as we have shifted our house and ACT doesn’t provide service in our new location. Therefore requested for refund of the Balance amount (Rs.8791) since we have paid and taken a yearly plan.
while disconnection they requested me to apply for refund thru customer care number Post disconnection. Have registered a ticket (SR[protected]) for refund, requesting customer care and asked for refund. Till now I didn’t get any refund and they closed the ticket. Inspite of re-opening the ticket they again closed it. on 02July21 have again re-opened with a new ticket (SR[protected]). When ever I call customer care simply they raise the ticket and simply say u will get refund in 7 days. Every time they are doing the same. On behalf of this daily iam getting calls that you have an offer apply for reconnection…while iam explaining the situation…simply they say sorry we don’t know this, we are belonging to reconnection team…you please call customer care. I am unable to take/apply for a transfer/reconnection of this ACT as they dont have service in my new location. I only want my refund.
