I made a purchase of ACT Stream 4k TV by paying INR 4, 499. However, later I decided to cancel the order and dropped an email to ‘helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in’ requesting the cancellation of the order. However, due to their longer TAT, the product got already delivered. Meanwhile, I spoke to a customer care representative to raise a return request and understand that there’s no cancellation or return policy when we own the device but it is available when we rent it.
While buying this product, they don’t let us view the Terms & Conditions as when we click on the link it just opens another window with continuing the purchase from start. I wasn’t aware of the No Cancel or No Return policy. (Screen Recording attached)
