Hi Team, I am using Act broandband services from past 3 years and i pay for 6 months at a time and as per the offer we get a cashback of Rs 300 for Netflix so instead of Rs 649 i pay Rs 349 per month for Netflix.
The issue here is for last month the cashback is reduced to Rs 150 and without providing any information to customer.
I raised the issue with customer support team and they have closed the ticket on 8th Jul without addressing the issue. I have raise to their nodal officer on 8th Jul and they have reopened the ticket but the issue is still not resolved.
If you have to change plans in ACT, they say we have to wait till the billing cycle (i. 6 months in my case), then how could they change the plan in between my billing cycle.
Hoping for a possible resolution
