I have given a request for cable Restructuring which is passing through an open plot to another lane backside.Now in that open plot room was going to construct and owner request for removing the cable so that they can work for roof since cable was an obstacles.
Request#SR[protected] which was supposed to be resolved by July/16/2021. But even after date is passed and so many follow up emails are send to appellate/ call to customer service got to me no resolution. Simple they are asking me to wait for “sometime”. Its really frustrating and it effected my dignity before my neighbour due to irresponsible behaviour of Act fibernet.
Even today I got the same reply asking me to allow “sometime”.
My issue needs to be resolved and how you are going to recover my dignity which I lost before my neighbour?
Atleast expecting a sound reply from here rather than shamelessly asking for “sometime”
