Date: 25 june 2021, asked for disconnection. Closed ticket without my consent (saying i agreed to continue service).
Date: 1 june 2021, bill generated. Asked to close account. No response.
Date: 10 june 2021, msg received for account suspension. When called, they said they will disconnect in 24 hrs
Date: 14 june 2021, my ticket closed without my consent ( which is a violation of consumer service). No response from customer care.
Conclusion: SCAM, to generated bills and harass consumer with repeated bill pending messages.
