Worst customer care with zero response.
– My broadband bill was paid on June 5th . Act claimed that I haven’t paid the bill and disconnected my broadband connection and asked me to pay the amount once again. Though I submitted the proof of my bank statement and clarified message from bank about the payment they still denied and reclaimed that they had refunded the amount on June 14th. But refund was not reflected. I made continuous follow up but no proper response right from the customer service to nodal officer. No one made a proper follow up. They also disconnected my connection and now after one and half month today (august3) I got the message that account has been activated. How irresponsible it is on their side to be so lethargic. In this case, I don’t want to continue with their service and want to disconnect the connection once for all and get the refund. But even if disconnect, they are denying to refund the amount to my bank and are saying that the amount is in act wallet and I can use in future. Why would I use act wallet when I don’t have a connection. When I raise the question the customer executives are speaking so rude that don’t even talk professionally. I need a proper solution and want my amount back to my bank account which is the original payment mode.
