I have upgraded my plan to 150Mbps. In that process I was promised to change my cable to cat 6 to get to actual speed requested.
I have done like nearly 200 follow up’s till now but the cable was never changed.
My 6 months plan got expired today I was charged for total amount. But I was getting only 90mbps.
After these many follow up I was help less.
Never seen such a worse process.
CUSTOMERs are like ### for you guys.. You don’t even know what CUSTOMER needs and how to solve it.
Serious a big shame on you. I’ requested for cancelling my connection.
I need a refund for what I was charged extra for last 6 months. I was not getting full benefit but I was charged and given enough trouble in bonus.
This issue should be resolved ASAP.
