ACT has disconnected the internet so many times from 1 month. we raised the complaint, every time they said it will be resolved with in 24hrs. You people are cheating us. we are fed up with this service seriously. Now everyone is working from home and fully dependent on internet. You have so many connectivity issue. Every time we have to call Customer care, they are not working proactively. No technician visited to resolve this.
I have called to customer care agent (Asif Hussain, Manager name- Ashok ) and raised a complaint, till same issue, no idea what action they have taken. company is taking money every month on timely basis, Why can’t you people give internet? This ACT is not trusted company. We cannot trust their service.

this month this is the 4th time we are facing this issue, which has impacted on our office work and we both had to take leave coz of no internet. Please pay Rs 16000 for this. our salary will be deducted coz of you. Now you have to pay the money.
You are not serious about you work. the type of worst service you ppl are giving, do you want us to give service like this to our clients?
I am really fed up with this.
