ACT is illegally deducting money from customer account. What action can be taken against them? I had ₹297 in account and I received ₹120 two times as credit for loss of days to access internet. And this itself adds upto ₹537 but I had only ₹417 but I kept quiet. Now in the end of June all of a sudden my account balance went back to ₹297 and after complaining now it’s ₹353.
ACT is doing lot of illegal activities of taking customer’s money, not providing proper service. I WANT A STRICT ACTION
