I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company, During the the past month, Iam facing bad net work issues in the Internet connection The internet speed is mostly much slower all the times, than the speed as per my monthly subscribed plan When iam using the Internet it is very slow less than 10 Mbps in several occasions.
I had raised the complaint over( Phone, Email, Personal visit to ACT office in Coimbatore, ), with your Customer Executives, Mr Mohammed, Mr Praveen, Mr Balaji, several times.and they are very much negligent in not escalating the complaint.
For your Ref Complaint Numbers are Ticket number is SR[protected]./SR[protected]/ SR [protected] and all the complaints are being closed without attending to it, this is happening for past ten days
. Everytime it was committed Technician will visit the premises and sort it out, till now no one has visited my premisesI am very much disappointed to say that as a reputed Internet Service provider your services are very poor and very substandard performance than expected I trust this is not the way that Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customer.You should take action to ensure that customers enjoys flawless Internet service .Please be noted that even though, I have the right to claim for refund from you, for all the time the Internet was bad and very slow than the committed speed of 40-50 Mbps.
venience, I will wait for few days to see the progress and if it is not to my satisfaction, Please respond to my complaint/complete the work in the next 2days. If you fail to respond/remedy in this time, I will have no option but to consider taking the matter further. I will be bound to take my decision .
