I have been ACT Fibernet customer for the past 3 to 4 years. For the past one week we have been visited by people who claim to be ACT employees to access the junction box available at my house. However I have not received calls formally informing about the same. There are two main issues regarding this.
1. This is a pandemic time and we can’t allow just anyone inside our house.
2. We don’t know what those people are capable of. We don’t even know if they are your employees. So security issue.
How do you expect us to allow some strangers during these extreme times. Despite us warning them about the same in a polite manner, those people do not seem to budge. They keep on harassing us continuously.
Either remove the junction box from our house or cancel the connection at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved then you are prompting me to take a legal route.
