SR[protected] was registered on 18-Mar-21 for the removal of junction box from the premises. After few days complaint was closed without my consent & box was not removed.
SR[protected] was registered again for the same request on 23-Mar-21 & this time it was closed without my consent on 27-Mar-21, of course, without removing the junction box.
SR[protected] was registered again for the same request on 05-Apr-21 & this time multiple promises with new ETA’s each time were made but ultimately ticket was closed on 09-Apr-21 without providing the resolution. I immediately reached out to customer care & got the SR[protected] Reopened on 09-Apr-21. Meanwhile, I also wrote to Nodal officer on 06-Apr-21& have been trying to get satisfactory response since then but unfortunately, in all these days, not even a single time I got call from ACT team to provide an update or to remove the junction box.
Yesterday, on 12-Apr-21, I have already requested for disconnection and ACT team is yet to respond on the same. I want my account to be disconnected & junction box and wiring to be removed, immediately.
