I disconnected act connection on 29th of march due to my router issue which purchased from act with 2700/- after a month of my initial connection days .
In march 2021 month i have faced lots of connection issues, raised a couple of tickets respective to my act…i was paid for 150MBPS pack for year but i used to get speed of ~10mbps later after investigation by your site engineers they where told me that it is router issue. So they took away my C5 tp link router saying “router in warranty will replace the router” on ~26th March 2021 after that they have not replaced my router back. After 4 days of my patience I made disconnection request on 29th march.
Post after my disconnection:
Later I spoke to customer care regarding my router and my account balanace. They said you account balance was ~6548/- this will be refunded to your account(for the same account which I paid to yeary pack. After that for the router they said we will refund the router amount as well with the same account …after some days they said we can’t refund but will give you a new C5 router.
Till today every day I call customer care regarding this issues no resolution found from last 1 month ..i have raised many ACT tickets with help of ACT cutomer care.
Today after 1month also my two issues are not sorted out, 1 refund of my balance account 2 reversal of my C5 router or refund.
