ACT Account no.[protected]
I had initiated a disconnection request on Apr17. I got a call from an ACT representative([protected]), on Apr 19, where I was subjected to totally unacceptable and rude questions as to why I moved to some other provider, I do not understand who gave the representative the rights to say things like that. It is the customer’s choice to switch to whatever service provider they want to at their discretion. Please advice your representatives to refrain from making some remarks on switching customers.
After the rude call, I called up another representative from ACT, to request them to remove the junction box, since my connection is already deactivated, I do not want to provide power supply to your junction box. Again no response.
I was told that ACT has “norms” which do not support refunds if disconnection is initiated in middle of the month. I am already incurring loss of close ~Rs.500, along with abusive words from your representative, I do not find any reason why I should endlessly wait for your staff to dismantle the junction box and power supply. I have “norms” not to support the same till end of this month since you have “norms” which do not allow you to refund.
I will go ahead and disconnect the power supply to the junction box, since I find it unnecessary to supply power to your junction box endlessly, when ACT does not even care to consider refund.
