ACT Fibernet — Delay in connection and not updating the status, after making the payment agency guy not responding my calls.
Hello, Act team I thing you people are really ACT before making the payments from customers pocket, Not even think What they required purpose of Broadband and what is the Impact if we delay.
Atleast Should respond customer calls right, i made the payment 3months advance rental paln and i clearly told to that ACT guy Mr. Chandan ([protected]) so rude less and so pathetic i have been called more than 30 times not even single call he is picking, not even tel what is exact reason to delaying provide the new connection, after that i called ACT cust care without telling any reason they raised one SR[protected] and it will be resolved by 05/06.2021 9AM, i got this message customer care people are telling within 2hours they will come and install new connection on 2nd of JUNE, now 3rd of JUN no one called me yet, and 2nd of evening i called to cust care again one lady kept on hold paasing your cal to our superwiser then after 30 min they disconnected the cal. Again today icalled custcare one guy GUTHAM told me we have forwarededyour concern they will take 24 hours to resolve, then i asked escallation matrix of ACT he also disconnected the cal.
So now tell me i need the installation of new connection today itself only cause i was struggling to manage with mobile hotspot so only its an emergency kindly someone take high priority and fix the installation by today itself only, Else i have all the proof you people are given Fake commitments to install the new connection will be forwarding the case to consumer court.
