I am not able to connect to the internet for the past 3 days.. I have been following up with the customer care and the technician without any solution to the issue.. In the beginning, I was told that the issue would be resolved by 10:00 AM on june 23, 2021.. And then by 5:00 PM on the same day.. Then the next day.. I was told the same thing.. But it still has not resolved.. I am working from home and the connection is very important for my work.. I am very frustrated with the service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
