I have applied for prepaid connection, ACT Sales guy visited my place and clearly said that my router is compatible and asked me to take 75mbps scheme costing 826/- Collected the amount and committed to give connection in 24 hours but it was not done when I calledup customer care, they said that the Work Order is released for 48 hours delivery time and then I have received sms for 72 hours delivery. The sales guy mobile no is [protected] and technician mobile no is [protected]. Suprisingly after giving connection the speed is showing to be 2.75 mbps instead 75mbps. I have written mails to nodal officer and requested my money back, every time he says they will resolve the problem but no word about my money back
