I have not availed power discount since last 2 years. Junction box is installed at my home about 4 years ago. 4 connections are given from junction box. It was initially told by Act personnel that 100 rupees power discount will be provided per month but even after huge follow-up they are telling that only 50 rupees will be given as power discount per month. It is not expected from such reputed company like ACT to cheat the customer.
