We have installed ACT Fiber internet by choosing on brand name at Shamshabad. Installation was delayed initially, After the installation 2 days later. Internet is not working, the same informed to customer care they simply told 24hrs it may be solved but even after 3 days my issue was not solved and daily 1hr I have spent for just to call to customer care. they are raising request and issue not getting solved.
Hence, Finally decide to disconnect and took other service provider, I raised for refund even after 5 days no response from customer care and they are not even picking up my calls. Later i have checked on google reviews and found very bad review.
I request ACT Team to look into this issue and solve, refund my full amount and also I have spent lot of my time and energy which was wasted and compensate the same.
