Every other week, ACT Internet stops working and I raise a complaint ticket via their mobile App. They don’t fix the issue, and few hours later they send a message saying that issue is resolved and ticket is closed. This has happened multiple times. How can ACT close a complaint ticket without even cross checking with the customer if the issue is fixed or not. They don’t never ever call back and the customer has to chase them through different means such as mobile app, WhatsApp, twitter, etc but they still don’t care to resolve the issue.
I raised a ticket on July 20, 2021 ticket no: SR[protected]. ACT team sent me a message that an engineer will contact me and visit to fix the issue. Nobody from ACT called me or came to visit. Few hours later they sent another message that the ticket is closed and issue is resolved.
I want ACT to be held accountable for such poor customer service. They call so many times in case there is a delay in bill payment from customer side, but they don’t care to call or update when a customer has concerns.
