It’s been one and a half months over. Shifting request ticket got closed twice. Technician says new box must be set up and there is no guarantee on when this will be done. So they closed tickets without any resolution.
Customer care number sucks. It is suddenly going on mute after a long wait in the queue. I am highly disappointed and need my refund. I raised disconnection ticket but no information or guarantee on the refund from them. Please help me to get my refund. It’s a 8 months prepaid package. I regret for taking this new connection from them.
