We lost connection yesterday, raised a complaint and told them the wires got disconnected out side, requested them to expedite and fix it as we I work from home and kids attend online classes, they said ETA is 24 hours, I waited until now no one showed up. Contacted customer support his answer (Oh no one showed up ? I’ll send you oneO but no on showed up. They are unable to expedite the case at-leaset they can fix with in ETA .
The technician who installed initially has done pretty bad job, the wires hanging and wire joint put it on a empty bottle and left in pot whole. None of our community houses has this type of dirty connection. If the initial setup was good and clean we wouldn’t be in this situation.
Worst support and this company doesn’t have the ability or skill to solve customer issues. First of they don’t understand the problem of the customers especially these COIVD everyone s working from home.
