Dear Adani Customer Care Team,
Despite my numerous request to resolve my billing discripency with customer ID [protected], the issue has not been resolved and I am being charged with undue over charging without any valid reason. Also surprise to note that yesterday on 30.01.2021 I have got one more text sms from Adani saying that I need to make payment of Rs. 4420/- which again differ from all previous bill values generated by Adani. Although I had already made payment to Adani as referred in my trailing mails but still I am getting over charged and undue bills and getting harrsesement due to same since last one month time. This time bill tex sms attached below.
To short this out, I still insist to short out this account discripency, I had requested or accountstatement for this customer ID which I did not received till date.
Till such time I not get this account discripency resolved, I am not able to make re-payment against falls bills generated.
Also, your team had made un-authorised access in my house without my permission and disconnect the gas connection and after a week time again connected the same but this time with due permission. But during initial un-authorised gas dis-connection, I have lost my child bycycle for which I had already informed to you in my very first mail of this customer ID reference.
I once again repeating that I am ready to make every genuine and valid payment to Adani but after getting my account statement for this customer ID.
If you are not able to resolve this issue, i would love to escalate this complaint to your escalation team and request to share me the necessary mail address.
Hope to get this resolved ASAP without further delay.
