In My locality(Maninagar) in 1 month 5 times gas connection cut down due to problem in main line We called to customer service 7-8 times and we facing only one answer we dont know this is very disappointing that this company cant resolve its leakage issue in 1 month and the customer service staff is advice that make food earlier or dont cook food this is not the right way to take to any customer who is already facing issue with your pipeline connection. the man who is talking to us is sahil and advice us that cook earlier
We paid to you because we can get 24*7 gas connection and good service but both thing is disappointing to consumer we feel like we paying bills regular to face this problem
We Suggest you to inform via message that in your area gas connection would not be able for some time so can get some idea and what to do.
