I had requested for Adani new gas pipeline in the month of April 2021. My customer id is [protected]. I have submitted all the documents and have made payment too. I was promised that the entire installation process would be completed within 90 days. In my area my neighbours have Adani gas pipeline. It’s not that my sector doesn’t have gas pipeline. Now it has been more than 90 days and work has not even started. No one even came to see our premise. No one even called once. I called customer care many times. Every time they say that technician will come in 3 days for sure. But no one came. I even mailed many times at Nodalofficer.[protected]@adani.com but still no progress. Please do the needful. Really disappointed.
