This refers to the Consumer Account No:[protected]; Meter No: 8693324 which is allotted to Flat No: B/201 of Kalpana CHSL situated on Atmaram Mhatre Road in Dahisar – West.
I am in receipt of the bill for month of June 2019 on my registered email id: [protected]@gmail.com. A copy of said bill is attached herewith for ready reference as “Annexure – A”. With respect to the subject bill, I would like to raise my grievance that bill levied is enormously high amounting to Rs. 9550/- with present meter reading of 12589 units which is unacceptable. We being family of 3 people who leave their home at 8am and returns only by 8pm. In this scenario, you too will agree that it is impossible that the electricity consumption will be such high. However, you can compare the billing for last 12 months which has never even crossed Rs. 5000/- p.m.
I hereby dispute the bill levied and confirm that the same is unacceptable in the aforesaid given scenario. I request you to either check the meter if the same is faulty or revise the bill with immediate effect. Being a consumer, all bills have been paid by me within given due period, hence, this enormous charging is shocking and causing mental stress to me. Post, takeover from Reliance, my bills have been always high then too we paid on time. but such looting not acceptable.
Also, I would like to change my registered mobile number from [protected] to [protected]. Kindly do the needful.
Request you to kindly resolve this issue at earliest and no penalty or interest charging on delayed payment shall be accepted on this disputed billing.
