I met with an accident near bellandur and being the nearest service center – advaith hyundai – #41 outer ring road, opp intel office, devarabeesanahalli, varthur hobli, bengal, bengaluru, karnataka 560037 my insurance people took (Towed) it over there.
After inspection, i was promised to get the delivery within 20-25 days but they kept pushing and took more than a month, to fix my car’s dents and body repair. But, somehow i was ok since car was ready. Now! The real trouble is after a week, my car started making a weird sounds from the ignition. However during my accident it was from back side so nothing was damaged in front nor in the engine.
I called my service adviser but he wasn’t at work so i had to connect to to different supervisor, now that hyundai had received the claim fund from insurance, they are least bothered to answer or attend me after a week.in a hot sunny day i kept waiting in the parking lot and one after another service boys kept coming and kept on testing my car’s ignition. I somehow felt like kids playing with a new toys.
After sometime they said sir, your battery is gone, now you need to fix a new one. I was surprised because my car is hardly 2 years and 5 months old and how come the battery is screwed, now i was directed to the next level manager (So called service manager) who was busier than our prime minister, i had to wait for him to come and see the battery for almost an hour. The moment i lost my patience i went in to call him inside and show the battery, and surprisingly, i couldn’t find him at all. After struggling for more than two hours, and since my car was in the outside parking area, this time the parking supervisors started creeping about the parking space. They kept moving my car from one place to another. Wherever i parked my car some body or the other will come and ask me to remove. C’mon that’s my car and bought it from my hard earned money, it’s not rotten meat or a dowry gift so that everybody is ignoring for a space.
With no other option i had to leave the service center of advaith hyundai and return home.
Clap clap clap! Hyundai service you are at the peak of doom. If you continue similar service, sooner or later people will start spitting on you guys and today with a promise that i’ll never own any hyundai car ever in my life, i am writing to the utmost senior level of hyundai motors india that continue business if you care for your customer else quit!
