I was getting my car (Verna reg. No – ka-03-mg 2060 serviced regularly in trident, domlur. I had issues of my lst of complaints not being attended to. However a friend suggested advaith as a better option. But my experience was worse.
I had specifically asked a bent viper arm to be repaired/changed as in the monsoon it is difficult without it. But in spite of specifying this before sending the car, it was returned without repair. The reason given was non-availability of parts, i have thereafter been asking them if the part has arrived. There has been no positive response a couple of months after the complaint.
