I paid the booking amount of ₹25000 on 4th feb 2020 in cash for the procedure of hair patch at the delhi studio. Receipt number: del/rec/0351/19-20
The patch test was done, post that i haven’t been keeping well in health. Have been feeling low and have itching on my right hand where the test was done.
My partner contacted the delhi team to them about the same and the way our feedback was taken was really disheartening. The management wasn’t ready to listen to us. Inspite of calling them we had to wait for more than 2 hours to seek advice. The concerned person mr. Ashish retuned back after 2.5 hours even 2 calls were made.
Keeping the poor service we received by them in our mind we have decided not to go ahead with the procedure and shall request you to kindly refund our booking amount back.
My partner requested ms. Charu at the delhi office to kindly refund back the amount if it was possible as the samples were only even processed ahead and the payment was just done 3 days back. The samples are still at the studio as the whole amount isn’t paid.
We are really not satisfied by the response which we got from the studio post payment.
The way management at delhi studio behaved was highly disrespectful and unprofessional.
Loosing ₹25000 to your company won’t be a big deal for us, but it’s high time that you start working on the management before you start loosing more clients in the future.
If the brand is really concerned about customer satisfaction and having good relations with the clients i hope i get my hard earned money back.
