The consultancy is worst in service . I had just went for consultation to their chennai office but did not register for starting my higher education process. After returning from their office the lady in the chennai office Ms. Prathiba kept on pinging me each day to register(to pay the fees) . At a situation after the repeated calls daily for 3 weeks I paid the amount . But after paying the amount I did not even get a single call or any response from that lady or from their head office in Bangalore . After then I was the one who had to call them repeatedly for getting some details about my process after many calls they just sent a single mail which I can get from the website DAAD. And then I decided not to continue my process further with them and i told them to refund my amount which I paid. But they just gave me half the amount and kept the remaining with them for a single mail. After telling them my circumstances they still did not refund my amount. The person whom I contacted is Ms. Asma. Very much stone hearted lady. Guys, if anybody is having a plan to visit a consultancy for your higher education process, please don’t go to AECS WORLD, BANGALORE AND IN CHENNAI. Please be aware of these money minded people.
