This is to inform you that i (Pankhuri sahu) is leaving zomato because of intentional humiliation by tls and quality auditor.
I had joined on 21 jun as a trainee and started working on floor from 1july.
If a person is not a good performer then instead of helping the one, tls start shouting and making pressure of no reason. I could not understand that what to do because my performance goes down under that mental pressure infact if i say it was a torcher, it would not be wrong. I was completely exhausted and irritated with their no reason humiliation.
I know that this is not an appropriate way to leave and i will not get a single penny from your side as much i had worked for you but i want that the situation of zomato floor should be in aegis knowledge.
Kindly take some action, as this should not happen with any other trainee on zomato floor.
Please take this as a complain or as a request also. I want to include that my team lead is nazish fatima and quality auditor sarita baluja.
