I have applied for the Personal Loan of 3 lakh on 22 April 2015 in Afifa Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. Meerat(U.P.). My File No. is AB-2298. My agent name is Ms. Anushka Singh(Mob. No. [protected]). I paid the Application fess Around Rs. 2500/- while applying for the Loan. Then i got sanction letter from them & they told me to get one salaried guarantor for my loan i did that then they told me to deposit Rs. 14500/- as a processing Fees i did that i deposited that Processing fess in company’s current Account. Then they told me to do notary of agreement from advocate i also did that. Then they told me that one advocate will come for the verification of guarantor. Verification has been done from advocate its been a three months but still i didnt received the loan amount after fullfilling all terms & conditions. While Applying for the loan they told me that you will get your loan amount in just one month. Daily I do call in customer care they just say that will come in 5 to 6 days. Why its taking so long time for the disbursement of loan??
