Pick up Date: 9th Jan 2021
INCIDENT: My household Materials were picked up from Dehradun and were planned to move to Bangalore. When the products were unloaded the goods were reckless planned and kept in truck. The bike was titled and goods were kept on it.
after unpacking, it was seen that there are lot of goods were damaged
1. Royal Enfield Classic 350 (Headlight cap, Leg gaurd, HSRP, Footrest, Grill, Indicator light)
2. Bed Side Table
3. Air Cooler (fins and body totally damaged)
4. Kitchen utensils (Boxed Damaged)
While packing none of the supervisor were wearing mask or sanitized, both loading and unloading drivers and helpers forced to pay tips as they will keep the goods safe while travelling and unloading. I have shared the proof as well.
the company was shared an estimation of 11K for repair and damage they caused and I had also paid insurance amount. Now they are offering me 2K.The customer support speaks that the slip doesn’t have amount mentioned in first page of slip, if the amount is not mentioned why was the loading of the good happened from their end.
i need my compensation for the damage this fraud company has created to me.
