My GC no-4689868 dated 28th October, 2020. It’s really a very poor or disappointing experience from DRS group. Items had been collected on above mentioned date and last 3 days when I called to Ms.Kusum, she informed it will reach by 8th Nov, 20 to Bangalore as its in Hyderabad but today came to know its still not reached in Bhubaneswar yet and the same will be reach another 6-7 days to Bangalore. Now my question is why this false statements where no idea about actual progress. Even false commitment on arrival time. Without Items my family can’t move to the house and we along with our 1 year kid staying at hotel itself, as we all aware staying at hotel is unsafe during these pandemic situations. I’m seeking help from DRS group of management and will appreciate your prompt response please.
