We have booked Agarwal packers for the house hold items shifting from Chennai to Madurai on 23rd Nov and paid the full amount. Consignment delivered 25th morning and max cartons in wet conditions and few of the boxes totally damaged and recd in loose condition. While contacting the booking people no proper response. They asked us to contact Madurai. Also it’s unloaded by the transporter Agarwal people yet to come till now (1pm) Need refund for the damaged parcels. (Sample photos attached)
